Website Terms of Use

Last updated: September 7, 2026

These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of smarthubcs.com and the information, forms, materials, and services made available through the website by SmartHub SARL (“SmartHub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website purpose

The website provides information about SmartHub, its services, its expert network, and ways to contact us, request a project discussion, or apply to join the SmartHub network. Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes.

2. No automatic contract or engagement

Submitting a Contact, Kickstart Your Project, or Join the Hub form does not by itself create a client contract, employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, expert engagement, exclusivity arrangement, or other binding commercial relationship with SmartHub. Any project, engagement, appointment, fee, scope, deliverable, timeline, confidentiality obligation, or other commercial commitment is subject to separate confirmation and, where applicable, a written proposal, agreement, purchase order, statement of work, expert agreement, non-disclosure agreement, or other written terms.

3. Accuracy of information you provide

You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you submit are accurate, lawful, relevant to your request, and that you are authorized to provide them. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or confidential third-party information that you are not authorized to disclose.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, SmartHub name and branding, text, graphics, layouts, concepts, designs, software-related materials, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to SmartHub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business-evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected website content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, abuse forms, impersonate another person or organization, collect data unlawfully, send spam, or use automated systems in a manner that unreasonably burdens the website or circumvents technical protections.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party platforms, embedded services, analytics, advertising technologies, social networks, maps, chat services, and other external services. SmartHub does not control third-party websites or their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Website availability and information

We aim to keep website information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that all information will remain current at all times. Service descriptions, capabilities, availability, pricing discussions, timelines, and other commercial information may change and are confirmed only in the applicable written engagement documents.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this informational website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy and, where available, can be managed through the website’s consent controls.

10. Applications and expert relationships

A Join the Hub application is an application for consideration only. Applicants who are selected for collaboration may be required to enter into separate confidentiality, non-solicitation, project, payment, or independent-expert terms before receiving access to client information, projects, systems, or confidential materials.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.

12. Governing law and contact

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply under the law of your country of residence or use. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
