When you submit an application through “Join the Hub”, we use your personal and professional information to assess your qualifications, experience, suitability for opportunities, and potential collaboration with SmartHub. For unsuccessful applications, we generally retain application information for no longer than 24 months from our last substantive contact with you, unless a shorter period is appropriate, you request earlier deletion, or a longer period is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or comply with law. If we wish to retain your profile for future opportunities beyond the immediate selection process, we will inform you and obtain consent where required.
